Carrot Ginger Protein Cookies



Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup minced almonds
2 cups carrot
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
1. Preheat to 375
2. Combine until you get sticky dough
3.  Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 12 minutes
