Tofu Vegetable New Year Noodles~ Happy Chinese New Year!

1 pound spaghetti noodles
5 carrots chopped
3 baby bok choy chopped
2 squares Tofu
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1/8 cup soy sauce
dash Far East Sesame Ginger Spice

1. chop bok choy, carrots, and tofu
2. Add to pan over medium heat
3. Boil Noodles for 8 minutes
4. Add in ginger, salt and pepper and stir often in the pan
5. Drain noodles, add to the pan
6. Add soy sauce and the far east spice, cooking for another few minutes
7. Serve!
