Why?
Because it is true. Truth is freeing.
Spirituality and religion is a personal choice.
What does that mean?
While I struggle in what I believe, my oldest and youngest are pretty firm in theirs. My middle child is like me and is spiritual but struggles with some of what some Christians believe.
The book is in well done so I know that it is hard cover, the pages are really nice. The illustrations are beautiful. It isn't written overly religious which I really appreciate. So you can still feel like you are getting something great out of it and a story rather than forced indoctorination. Which is important for especially my middle child.
Avi:
This book is like the The Old Lady Who Swallowed The Fly except that it is how Jesus was born. It is a cute story about how the shepherds found Jesus and how the wise men found Him. It is a good bedtime story for little kids. 4 stars overall, 2 stars for plot and 2 stars for awesomeness. Ages: EVERYONE!
V's review:
"I give it four stars. It wasn't that bad! If you have a strong feeling about God you may either like it or not. It's great for babies and toddlers but really anyone would like it. "
Kai:
"Good. Good. Jesus was a baby. And it's still good, like, there is straw. Not straws like you drink from. There where white sheep. I am done. I like."
