Pack 33 Tiger Roster Sign Up

I can't believe my baby is a TIGER! And so is YOURS! We are going to have a super fun year this year! To make sure that you have been or will be getting all the information from your den leaders, please fill this out so we can get that to you!

This is for Takoma Park, Silver Spring, and Washington DC area. We are primarily Takoma Park, MD as that is our home base.

Some Pointers: 
* This really is helpful
* For names, please put in the first and last name!
* Akela is cub scout name for parent
* We plan to share this roster with only the den family so that way in case of carpool, emergencies, etc you will be able to contact each other.
* The occupation and hobbies are SUPER helpful to know-- because den leaders don't know it all, and you may know something we don't!
