2016-2017 Girl Scouts Troop 5823 Feedback Form

So we are coming up to the end of the year! We have had a blast this year and tried to new things (such as daisies having two dedicated separate leaders who lead their own meetings)!


We would love your feedback. This is a great time to make YOUR VOICE HEARD so we can strive for a great new year. Some decisions will be made as well.

 A lot of work goes into the troop for you, and we want to do make it better each year. So please take the time to answer all the questions (it is about 15 questions).

Please fill out by 10th of June (June 10th).

** Remember that you will need to finish the entire survey and then make sure to hit submit so we can get the responses! It should take no more than 10-20 minutes to do! **
