NatureGlo eScience Math4Art

We get to review MathArt Online 4-Class Bundle by NatureGlo's eScience. The part we are focusing on for the review is the Math Connections with the Real World.

My review as a Teacher and Parent:
So in reviewing this, I have to be honest in that I was actually very highly impressed with how she combines art Science and History together.

What I really like about this is that while it makes the lesson a little bit more complicated in terms of getting prepared for it and leading up to learning about the Fibonacci sequence and the history of it, it also means that the child will fully remember what they're learning because they're learning it at a deeper level than just superficially remembering what 2 x 2 is.

Something that I feel this company and person gets is that learning happens at a deep core level. With a love of learning something, these lessons go to such great lengths to incorporate many different aspects that can be done in a lesson so they child understands. This means that the child will remember what they're learning and they're going to be a lot more engaged with it- which studies show is much more beneficial to a child learning.

Before this, my daughter didn't know what the Fibonacci sequence was and now she has a better understanding of it.

I had asked her to sit down and do a drawing of it and instead of doing it trying she wanted to dry it in computer drawings. So you can see here what she did and she took a meticulous amount of time to try to perfect drawing on the computer the Fibonacci sequence.

I actually think that one of my friends who designs science jewellery would be absolutely proud of her for learning this.

As a teacher and parent, I can say that my education bar and expectations for my children is pretty high and what they learn and at the depth that they learn it. This met and exceeded my expectations and such a great way. We can't wait to finish off the rest of the series that we got to review.

So this company also offers online classes that you can be with the teacher but you also have where you can learn other things and not just history science and art put together.

So I would say that this is definitely a top for me in terms of educating your children as either a unit study or a series of unit studies that can fit in your plan well if you homeschool like I do.

I definitely highly suggest this company to any homeschooling parent.

Via's Review:

I learned about Fibonacci numbers, the golden rectangle, the golden spiral, and a little bit  about Golden number to start off with. This program is very helpful and is easy to understand as well as it goes deep into meaning so that it will stick in your mind. Besides having a great exclamation for some things it also teaches you a little bit about history, what's the timeline and other references.

Some things that I think it can prove improve is that the voice can be a louder. A digital digital voice so that so that we are not distracted by the changes and it is the persons voice- like a Siri Voice. I also think that they can do a step by step and very very small steps to be able to understand what the golden ratio is. Having added a little bit of history in it and also explaining it pretty nicely except for some things is that it makes things be able to be more fun and it interesting with more information then usually they would give.

I would recommend this to people in 5th or 4th grade or higher depending on their skill level, especially in homeschooling. It to be able to use this because it is nice tool that is able for you to learn better and from my kid point of view I personally say it's is a better experience than having to sit down and just write down the answer problems so out is really helpful having stuff stick in your head. the videos help and being able to read it online I'd be able to take on the go is really helpful.
