But first.. of course, the review. 

I was surprised there was eight songs but there is no way to get over the beauty in her voice-- you can just hit the replay button and just hear it for a long time and not be aware that it's on replay. Yes, I love her voice that much. She has got some major talent. 

And there is something very next door about her voice. 

I would say that it's a modern mix between pop, gospel and soft rock. 

This L.A.-based singer/songwriter honors her deepest musical passion and delivers an R&B infused, infectiously melodic take on classic gospel album. She has teamed up with Kirk Franklin on this one, and the first single features him. Tori Kelly was the 2016 Grammy Award nominee for Best New Artist.

I love Kirk Franklin's voice as well so it was a treat to hear them both.

One of the songs felt like it was the same phrase repeated over and over. I liked it but I didn't... if that makes sense. I wish there would have been more into that song. But still loved it.

This one feels a little bit like I can add it to a play with "Can't Give Up Now" by Mary Mary that I like.  Inspirational and moving. 

I listened to it as I was picking up my sister from the airport on her first East Coast experience from the West Coast experience. It was a very rainy day. So it was a nice to have something new to listen to.
