I absolutely love these and I use them as stocking stuffers for my kids and they went completely nuts over especially my daughter who walked around all day with her little elf on the shelf that was personalized and she's 11 years old. and it was one of the top things that she got in her stocking. As you will see it has their name but it also has the year on it. this makes it an ultimate keepsake.
I loved the idea of giving them something they can make which is the cookies and something that encourages them to be a smart kid so I thought that it was super cute to make the oven mitt and say thank you for making me one smart cookie along with omitting. For me teaching my kids the skill of cooking is incredibly important and I'm sure it is to Katy as well cuz she's a scout leader to and we like our kids to be prepared.
I loved what Katie did so much that our girl scout troop is going to order a little stuffed animal for each of the Girl Scouts for finishing cookie season because it is not only supporting the girls and honouring what they're doing but it's also supporting a scout leader in her business and she does a really good job.
