Is about penguins trying to become secret agents.
Very funny and clumsy.
Evil octopus named Dave who wants revenge on the penguins.
There are a group of polar animals that call themselves the North Wind.
Penguins are shipped to Madagascar but escape.
Dave is stealing penguins from around the world.
Dave kidnapped Private.
The North Wind and the penguins attempt to rescue Private.
The North Wind and the penguins get captured.
Private was disintegrated. (or was he?).
Everyone got back to together.
Everyone gets turned into monsters but regain consciousness.
At the end, all the penguins turn back to normal.
