Hands Free Life {Book Review}

How many times are we clinging to our devices?
How many times before we go to bed do we need to do those last few things?
How many times laying in bed do we wonder what could have been done differently or about the million to do things on our list?

Priorities-- Living and Loving.

She makes great points in the book about living and loving the life you lead. I know I personally can get super focused on what others think- what about you? Why do I need this validation? I never think to myself, well, I am doing this to please others or what will Susie Q think of me if I don't go? I just think to myself that I am letting them down if I don't.

One that we are all guilty of... repeating past mistakes.

She starts with how to use the book. The Daily Hands Free Declarations.

LOVE this:

"Life is meant to be lived,
not managed,
not controlled,
not screamed,
not stressed,
not hurried,
not guilt ridden,
not regretted,
not scripted,
not consumed (by distractions)"

How powerful is that?!

Keep Track of the positive!
(all small moments included)

Have fun! Live in the moment.
(much harder said than done but truth).

Think of the "I wish I hadn't moments" and try to change that now.
She is real and writes about having empathy towards ourselves-- and that helps to change those behaviours.

I really look forward to reading this book over and over again.

+ Well written.
+ Easy read.
+ Gives you tools to help you.
+ Stories to relate to the writer but not overwhelmed by it
+ You can get something out of it no matter where you are in your life!

Get this book while it is on a great deal, almost half off right now, at Amazon.
