I am now done with two weeks of girl scout camp volunteering! So we are doing several things this summer. For the dates that aren't yet picked, Please pick out dates that you can do so we can do the events for you! Please do this within the second week of July. These are fun events. If there are other events you want to do, please also don't hesitate to let me know.
Leadership is working hard to put together the schedule and information for next year and I guarantee it will be fun and full of adventure.

4th of July Parade is here! Your scouts will earn a patch for attending! Remember, they can get dressed up too!
Cub Scouts are division III and girl scouts division IV. I am going to ask that we march with the cub scouts since we have at least 4 siblings that are girl scouts. We will line up with Division 3 on Carroll Avenue between Lee and Sherman Avenues near Takoma Junction. The Parade starts at 10:00 a.m. If your Scout plans to participate, please read the details below.

It was asked and voted on by the girls that starting in the fall, we would meet every week. This does not mean that you have to come to every meeting of course, but I want to let you know that so you can prepare your schedules now. The 1st and 3rd Meetings will operate as the main meetings, where the 2nd and 4th meetings will be meetings to work on extra stuff, do awards, journeys, etc.
