From Eli Koppel, a Pack 33 parent and leader who is helping to lead the effort on the winter coat drive--- "we are going to be collecting Winter Coats for Shepherd's Table this year and will do this to coincide with Scouting For Food. I've also arranged with Shepherd's Table to give any interested scouts a tour of their place and program on November 10th when we drop off early afternoon. I'm still waiting on Lee to give us a solid time on when the food drop off will be so I can work the schedule from there. "
I will update as I hear more information about a potential tour.
* As the Service Unit Program Leader for 34-8 & 40-2, your patches will be covered- but you MUST FILL THIS OUT BY THE 14th NOVEMBER so I can do the order for all the girls that actually participated in our 100 troops in our service units for either or both the food drive and coat drive!

For Girl Scout Troops in either service unit:
-- Bring to Takoma Middle on the morning of the 10th-- be sure to check in to get credit!
-- Your den meeting before the 10th
-- Drop off to your leader's house!
- Your troop meeting on the 13th of November
- Drop off to your troop leader
- Drop off at my house with your troop number and scout names
- Text or call me on Thursday nights (1st Nov, 8th Nov) from 7-830 if you wish to drop off with me at the Takoma Park Pres Church (310 Tulip ave in Takoma Park) or on the 5th November.
- If you are coming to the Pancake Supper (details here) you MUST check in with me to drop off so I can make sure to mark your troop done for donation-- we also will be weighing so we can see if we can break our past records!
