11:11:11 @ 11:11 WIN Fifth Dimensional Healing

For the 11th of November, 2018-- which is all 11:11:11 energy, I am going to review this book and GIVE IT AWAY right here on my blog! Unlike other books, this is independent of any publisher but directly from the author themselves.

It's called Fifth Dimensional Healing by Christina Martine.

The tagline?

"Remove Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Blockages and Claim Your Divinity."

When you read the tagline it is like a very big pill to swallow and at the same time a huge wave of encouragement but what exactly does she mean by what she says?

A lot of times we have a lot of stuff that we bury so deep that we are unwilling to really deal with it and it affects the everyday parts of our lives. I know that particularly with what I'm going through it has been incredibly painful because I have been forced to go into a lot of painful places and deal with things I have not to want to deal with in order to be able to come out on the other side a little bit brighter. However, the reward for that is much greater and the process is more than worth it.

What is great about this book is that it is removed from the typical social-cultural aspects of religion and it focuses on the spiritual being of oneself as a spiritual being rather than a religious being. When trying to heal this is incredibly crucial because then your soul is in a space to be able to heal at its full capacity rather than when you are trying to heal in a religious being because they know you are establishing stereotypes and rules that go along with that healing which do not help the process.

I also found that in reading this that there are a lot of practices that can be used not just with adults but with kids as well even in the very simple everyday upsets. For example my son not wanting to go to bed because he wants to play games and he has a complete meltdown because he wants to play games. And then at the end of the day there's part of me that struggles as a parent to be able to put down the rules of that its bedtime but then also to be able to sit down and listen to why they feel that way and then have to explain to them that the inability to play games comes from the fact that they use their game time for homework because they didn't want to do it in the first place so they threw a fit or whatever it was for that afternoon and so trying to find this connection to every day even can be hard.

For me with what I'm going through, one reason why this book resonated with me was that of things that I really had to dig deep for and deal with in my divorce-- in a nutshell, it equals to a lot of my pain that was there. Nobody willingly wants to sit there and face every pain rather than sitting watching their favourite TV show but if you gave me both of the options knowing what the outcome is on the other side and just a simple fact of knowing that it's a better outcome I would choose to face what I need to face to get there.

FACEBOOK IT TO WIN IT!

I know that this is a book that has a lot of healing capacity not just for those that have to go through their stuff but also those that have the everyday need for it.

So I think regardless of what your religion is and regardless of what your password is this would be a really good book for everybody.
