Crock Pot: Day 17 (Thankfulness Project 365)



I am thankful for the crock pot!
Yep, the Crock Pot.

I have to be honest, that I just started using them. I still won't use them if I am sleeping or out. I just don't like the fire hazard. But I am thankful for them. I have made several dishes, just throwing in the ingredients and cooking.

If I am sick, if I am in a hurry- those are the moments I can easily throw things in a crock pot and cook.
I can school my kids and worry less about having to slave over the stove.

I will update this soon with some awesome crock pot recipes but I can include two:
