RSVP-- Girl Scout Troop 5823 2018-2019 Schedule
Go to the post above and go to October and under the event, click that and it will take you to the FB RSVP. Please RSVP even if you are not sure or not going so we know you have seen it and responded.

When you RSVP please go to the pinned post and let us know about the following:
* Who is coming (if your scout, just put your scouts name)
* If you need carpooling or have an extra space in your car
* Are you coming for the day? For the bridging? Staying Sat Night? Or Both Nights? Please note that!
* If you have any extra needs for the packing list that you won't be able to get in time

NOTE!! Please pay your troop &/or uniform dues so we can get your uniform pieces ready also by Tuesday! It will take time to get everything ironed and ready! We will only get uniforms for those that have paid them or need the financial assistance (emailed gstroop5823@gmail.com).

What the Troop Supplies:
* Food: Saturday Dinner. Sunday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Monday Breakfast. Please note, we are not providing lunch on Saturday or Monday! Please bring that for your daughter!
* Tents for scouts tenting together, if needed.
* Supplies for tenting, if you need them and don't have them (on loan, so long as we have them).
* Activities
* Badges/Patches
* Dedicated volunteer leaders to spend the weekend with your daughters and plenty of fun!

PACKING LIST
Since it is October, you need to know what to pack.
or this one...

CAMPING AGENDA (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Current plans will tentatively include (and subject to change):
* Bridging Campfire on Saturday
* Learning camping skills
* Doing a nature hike
* Scavenger hunt
* Old Maryland Farm ($4/person)
* Hayride
* Camp Cooking badges
* Making Sit Upons
* Nature Centre

As with all camp outs, we plan fun events, both on and off the agenda. Please be aware that it can change subject to weather, circumstances, etc. Full agenda below!

As per troop handbook:
* Any person going, adult or girl scout, has to be registered AND health forms turned in!
* Girl Scout Troop 5823 only pays for the scouts & leaders needed but we are fine with families joining so long as they pay their own way & we have space
* Carpooling and/or carvanning is a privilege, not a right. We will do the best we can to accommodate everyone-- IF for any reason you need a ride, please contact Victoria-- these spots are first come first serve! If there is not an option to carpool, you must get your scouts to the event for them to participate (on your own cost).
* Because we pay for sites, food and materials, refundable deposits are forfeited for no-shows.

We are going to have a BLAST  at this Fall Camp Out!
(Literally, bring a jacket! 😜 )
