Calling all Girl Scouts to attend the Human 2 Mars Summit at the National Academy of Sciences Building. 

For the High School (Girl) Scouts, you may attend any day of the conference on May 14,15, or 16 for FREE just by using the STUDENTSofMars registration code. 

Go online and see an exciting line-up of the speaker and how technology will drive our future mission to Mars. 

For the Elementary and Middle School (Girl) Scouts you are invited to attend on Thursday, May 16 and arrive by 4:10 at 1957 E Street and at 4:25 follow Janet Ivey of Janet's Planet up to Lindner Family Commons, Room 602,  where the scouts will be divided by age into two groups for Martian Fun. Rachael Mann, author of the Martians In Your Classroom will be facilitating Martian Entrepreneurship where the scouts will be encouraged to develop a product or service that would be a great company to have for the Moon or Mars. Janet Ivey of Janet's Planet will facilitate each group in creating and detailing a mission to Mars, along with working with materials to design a Martian SpaceSuit. 

AND THE GIRLS will hear from the Afghanistan Girl's Robotics Team and how they are changing their country with robotics.

Students will be finished with activities around 6/6:15 PM. From STEM TO STEAM, the Humans 2 Mars Summits wants the (Girl) Scouts to come and get their hands on science and their minds orbiting MARS! FREE REGISTRATION!

And THURSDAY's programming might just be the most exciting day of the conference! It will be all about Robotics, Martian Entrepreneurship and Mission Design and Martian Space Suit Design and how those tools will enable space exploration.
