Launch Your Dream: A 30-Day Plan for Turning Your Passion into Your Profession

Doesn't that sound like such a great book? Launch Your Dream.
Even better? A 30 day plan!

Launch Your Dream: A 30-Day Plan for Turning Your Passion into Your Profession
We can all use more of those, plans that is, in our lives. I am very intrigued so I can thrive in the world doing what I love and what I am passionate about. So this book review was a no brainer for me. And the beauty of it is that you can read it daily in 10 minutes or less!

Dale is awesome because he does a great job at not only being a quick read but giving you little history lessons in the process of advise. For example, did you know where the word "passion" comes from? We throw the world around so much we have diluted the meaning of it.
In latin it means Passio which means suffering. Which means something we are truly passionate about is something we are welling to work for and suffer for. This includes being in business for yourself. You have to work for it and be passionate about it.

At the end of each read for the day, which is literally only a few minutes, it gives you tasks in each of these departments:
* Remember
* Ask
* Believe
* Do

They have related to what you have just read. And Dale does a great job in blending together facts, story telling, advise and what I like to call to do's. This is seriously perfectly written for busy mums like me who manage so much that we don't have more than a few minutes to devote to planning a new business every day. And that is honestly how some great businesses get started. It just takes getting there!

It is broken up by units or sections between every few days.

Get Ready
Dream Well
Make Em Feel It
Win Their Hearts
Be Pixel Perfect
Build the Box
Launch Loud
Sell the Story
Hack to Huge
Keep Them Captivated
Beat the Barriers
Having It All

Some of the "Day" titles are even very much intriguing.

Primed with Passion.
Personal Preparation.
A 3 part foundation.
Whyology (sounds like my kids bahahaha)
Brand School
Consistency beats frequency
Making it Legal.
A Talkable Experience.
Building Smart into Your Start
Culture Eats Strategy

This is honestly just the kind of book I have been looking for. All the other book reviews I have done in regards to business, this year, such as Boss Bitch,  The New Rules of Work, Face to Face: How Mentoring can Change Your LifeThe Power of BrokeThe Productivity ProjectImportant or Influential- Which Will You Choose to Be?What does it mean to have "The Emotional Edge"?How to Find the Work You Were Meant to Do,  and The Power of Meaning, have been great and I don't think you can read too many books on business in my opinion.

I give this book ☀☀☀☀☀ out of 5.
