10 More Powerful Songs to Help With Your Separation (Round I) {SOS Playlist}

Separation is hard.

This is a 'duh' thing but before we go any further... Know that you aren't alone!

My new series, SOS which stands for "Shades of Separation" is coming soon!

10 More Powerful Songs to Help With Your Separation (Round I) {SOS Playlist}, SOS series, shades of separation, music, separation, divorce, love, heart break, songs, heart break songs, broken heart,

We all have different stories in our separation and/or divorce. This includes heart break of any kind.

Sooooo....
Let's come together in the one thing that brings us together... music.

Music is powerful!

On this list you will meet so many genres, so many artists, so many time periods but the love of the music and the reality of the words hit hard at home.  You will find some new songs, new artists, and a feeling, hopefully, that you are not the only one.

It has a way of expressing what our mouths and hearts can't always get a across. It helps us bond as people. It helps us grow through our human 'condition' a little easier.

I know that it has helped me immensely when I was in the closet about my separation. Which was one of the most painful and lonliest places to be. I wish I would have been outright with it. It still would have hurt but less. However...

Music is a beautiful way to connect with the emotions you have when you have no words to express what you are feeling and you need to melt into a puddle and just feel, not say, anything!

So here my playlist, and feel free to comment in the comments below with songs that helped you through your heart break, separation, or divorce and we will add it to our play list!

Because my play list is your play list now. It is what gets us through.

So every now and then, I will introduce you to 10 more songs on the play list so you can get a taste of what is there!
