Today is a holiday. Period. Cry. I have and it's only 1:30am!
When you are separated don't prevent yourself from celebrating and yet don't fake how you feel and don't try to mask it. Feel where you are at and be okay with it. Being where you are can be a beautiful thing. Be thankful for something, anything, today. Even if it is you that you are thankful for.
